Welcome to Total House Renovations's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All projects will start only after a formal agreement is signed by both parties.

2. A deposit is required before any work begins. The amount will be detailed in the agreement.

3. Clients must provide access to the property during agreed hours for project completion.

4. Any changes to the original project plan must be approved in writing by both parties.

5. Total House Renovations is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Payment for completed work must be made within 30 days of invoice receipt.

7. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits and permissions unless otherwise specified.

8. All materials and workmanship are warranted as per the terms specified in the agreement.
